19-Jan-09: Visit at ListenUp to have right ear checked for possible hearing aid. Would have to be moulded type to force the sound in - Approx $2,000; DVA suggested as possible source of funding. RESULT: L - mild to mod-severe sensorineural hearing loss.
R- severe mixed hearing loss. SRT's are consistent with PTA's.
Hearing loss is consistent with but not limited to noise exposure.

19-Jan-09: Dr Seward for blood test results. His concern over rising PSA mirrors our own – he is sending note to Dr. Tannock for his recommendations. Gord has upped his AHCC to 6 daily.

"I did have a message from Dr Seward about your PSA slowly inching up and I do think it would be appropriate to stop the nilutamide because of that. 12-Nov-09: Dr. Rutka - Ear, eye, nose specialist, taking over for Dr Bailey. Suctioned my ear and examined it and told me that the growth in my ear could be operated on to remove it, but it would not improve the hearing. I am to decide on it.
16-Nov-09: Dr. Seward to get my lab reports. Got annual Flu shot.
19-Nov-09: Dr Hess Cardiologist Newmarket - Checked my heart for fibrillation. He said it is not true fibrillation, but is a stage before fibrillation, eg prefibrillation. So he put me on Plavix.
20-Nov-09: Dr Seward for H1N1 shot.

02-Dec-09: PMH - Dr Tannock, Oncologist - He has scheduled a Bone Scan on Jan 12/10, and a CT Scan on Jan 28/10.
