Previous health excellent (apart from a familial heart arythmia being monitored over the past several years) until mid September 1997 when he had a recurence of low back pain and sciatica, then suddenly, upper thoracic pain which caused him considerable immobility.

25-Sep-97 Diag:
Chest Xray & Ultrasound/abdomen. shows possible osteoplastic Metasteses of 5th right rib and possible osteolytic lesion of T6/T7 . Also Gall Stones. Chest Xray showed changes from previous one taken post auto accident four years ago.

GP suspects PCa mets to the spine & ribs the cause of severe back pain.

Results PSA >100 (local Hospital Lab did not report over 100)
29-Sep-97 Urologist.
